New Business & Account Manager (South) - Leisure Software
35-40k basic 70k OTE 5k car allowance
South of England hybrid/field based
We are working with a leading provider of digital solutions to the leisure and wellness sector supporting gyms sports centres swimming pools and community facilities with cutting-edge software that enhances service delivery and operational efficiency.
As New Business & Account Manager youll play a key role in growing market presence across the South. This is a varied role combining new client acquisition account management and tender leadership suited to someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment.
What youll be doing:
Drive new business through prospecting networking and events
Deliver engaging product presentations and tailored proposals
Lead and contribute to tender submissions alongside the Bid Manager
Manage and grow existing client relationships spotting upsell opportunities
Represent the brand at industry events building strong market presence
What were looking for:
3 years in B2B sales or account management (software/SaaS or leisure sector desirable)
Track record of hitting targets and closing deals
Strong experience with tenders and bids
Consultative approach with excellent presentation skills
Proactive organised and comfortable working autonomously across a region
