Our client a leading Outsourcing & BPO company is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their vibrant offices in Valencia. What Youll Do:
Communicate with customers via phone email chat and social media
Showcase empathy and active listening tailoring each conversation to customer needs
Guide customers with accurate solutions ensuring satisfaction and smiles
Escalate issues internally and contribute to process improvement
Collaborate with your team while also working independently
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
What Were Looking For:
Native-level Dutch (C2) with fluent English (B2 or higher)
Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy
Team player with a positive community-driven mindset
Flexible adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy familiar with Google Suite MS Office and CRM tools
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
