Your mission
As Finance Supervisor at BYD Iberia your mission is to ensure the integrity accuracy and compliance of all financial and accounting operations within the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining robust financial processes overseeing statutory reporting and ensuring full compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
What youll do
- Manage all finance and accounting operationssuch as daily Voucher review etc.
- Work with accounting firm to review the local financial statement.
- Issue Financial Statements (Yearly and Intermediate)
- Attend Yearly Audit process.
- Attend Banks requirements.
- Ensure the legal and tax compliance (Monthly/Yearly)
- Define Accounting structure (Accounting codes center cost BU)
- Bank reconciliation reviewing.
- Review Accounts receivables monthly report.
- Implementation/Preparation of Yearly Budget.
- Establish and Review the Policys and Procedures.
- Coordinate all activities of the Finance Team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor graduate or diploma holder in Accounting / Finance / Business;
- Minimum 5-10 years in GL and Tax experience is preferred;
- Knowledge in Spain Accounts and tax laws;
- Proficiency of PC applications and SAP system strong PPT & spreadsheet skills; good at financial analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English fair in Chinese will be good;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility.
