Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Miami Florida Onsite 5 days a week
Compensation: $60000 starting salary with potential to grow to $70000 $75000. Overtime opportunities available.
Schedule: Sunday Wednesday (regular hours) with extra pay for additional days or hours.

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Coordinator will be the key point of contact ensuring exceptional passenger experiences. This role requires someone who is proactive organized and skilled at anticipating client needs. You ll coordinate with vendors manage special requests and communicate effectively with high-profile customers to guarantee smooth operations before during and after flights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all passenger-related services including catering ground transportation and special requests.

  • Communicate with airports and catering providers to confirm meals are prepared and loaded onto aircraft.

  • Arrange rides taxis or other transportation as needed for passengers.

  • Monitor flight schedules and anticipate potential issues or delays ensuring proactive solutions.

  • Provide excellent communication to both clients and internal teams maintaining a professional and polished demeanor.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for high-end clientele delivering personalized and discreet service.

  • Support the flight management team by staying on top of things and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.

  • Background in luxury travel hospitality or a similar high-touch customer service environment is highly preferred.

  • Flexibility to work overtime or additional days as needed.

  • No prior aviation-specific knowledge required training will be provided.
