What youll do
As a People Specialist you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations talent acquisition and people experience processes. Your focus will be on helping us build a strong and healthy culture as we continue to scale.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Helping implement and manage HR tools and systems
- Supporting performance feedback and engagement initiatives
- Contributing to employer branding and internal communication
- Assisting with HR reporting documentation and compliance
- Being a key point of contact for employees and managers
What were looking for
- 13 years of experience in HR / People Operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with HR tools (e.g. ATS HRIS Factorial)
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Passion for people culture and innovation
