Job Summary

Overview

The Solutions Designer (Intermediate) is responsible for analyzing business requirements designing technical solutions and supporting the implementation of enterprise systems. This role ensures solutions are aligned with organizational standards business objectives and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts architects developers and stakeholders to define solution designs.
Develop and maintain solution design documentation models and specifications.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture security and integration standards.
Support the implementation and delivery of solutions across multiple platforms.
Provide technical guidance to development teams during solution implementation.
Participate in design reviews risk assessments and quality assurance processes.
Recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize existing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

3 5 years of experience in solution design or systems analysis.
Strong knowledge of software design principles integration patterns and application architecture.
Experience with enterprise systems databases and APIs.
Proficiency with UML design documentation and modeling tools.
Understanding of IT security data management and system interoperability.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Familiarity with Agile DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to government or large enterprise projects.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
