Job Description

Position: Product Manager (Fiserv Loan Director)
Location: Canada (Remote)

FT/Subcon: Both are acceptable

Job Description:

  • Strong experience on banking domain.
  • Good experience with Fiserv Loan Director or similar loan origination platform strong technical expertise in application development and a deep understanding of loan origination workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of loan origination lending workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Experience integrating Loan Director with core banking platforms credit bureaus third party fintech solutions and APIs.
  • Responsible for designing customizing integrating and maintaining Loan Director solutions that support business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders analysts and QA teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build and support integrations with core banking systems third party services and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and implement long term fixes.
  • Stay updated on Loan Director product releases best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills communication and collaboration abilities
