Brookshire Hyundai Sales Associate Hiring Event (Brookshire TX)

Dates: September 22 26 (Mon Fri)
Format: 40 hours of paid training Zoom interviews only
Compensation: $7500 sign-on bonus and $1500/month draw against commission
Requirements: Clean background and clean driver s license (MVR)

What You ll Do

Greet customers answer questions deliver outstanding service
Direct customers to vehicles; introduce promotions and opportunities
Maintain a sharp sales floor: products signage displays
Operate registers/desk tools; manage basic transactions and balance as needed
Hit goals cross-sell and grow in-store sales
Build superior product knowledge and follow company policies
Resolve complaints with empathy and tact

What We re Looking For

High school diploma or Associate s degree
Retail/sales experience (automotive preferred not required)
Professional appearance; strong communication; basic math/reading
Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand/walk for extended periods
Clean background and MVR required
