Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst w/Healthcare/Pharma

Summary:

Business Analyst with Salesforce (functional) expertise someone who has worked as a BA on Salesforce projects understands Service/Experience Cloud and can collaborate with devs/admins to implement solutions.
clients need Strong Business Analyst (BA) background requirement gathering stakeholder management documentation ROI analysis regulatory compliance along with Salesforce hands-on knowledge (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud) should be able to understand configurations workflows and system capabilities.

Required Skills:

Business Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for key applications
Work with the development team to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements
Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute test plans. Identify and report defects and issues
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes
Should be able to work with tools like JIRA ALM Sharepoint Confluence ServiceNow ..etc on operations application releases and projects
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements such as GxP FDA regulations GDPR ..etc as applicable. Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Experience on salesforce application projects

Work Site: New Brunswick NJ / Onsite

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
