Traveler Policy: This facility will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility. To avoid delays in processing please provide a perm address at profile upload.

Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday 4/5 on Friday.

Non-Billable Orientation: 0hrs

OT: NO MULTIPLIER. OT paid at flat hourly rate

Holiday Call-Back multipliers: 1.25%

** For Holiday Coverage Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following:

Friday/weekend after Thanksgiving

Friday/weekend after Christmas and Christmas Eve

Friday/weekend after New Years Eve/New Years Day

NOTE Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026

This traveler will be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post-operative care joint replacement back pain tendonitis issues general deconditioning balance and vertigo issues.

• 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need)
• Updated CAQH Required in profile
• NPI required in Profile
• Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
• Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
• Graduated from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required
• Previous Rehab Experience - Required
• Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.
• CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred
• Previous experience working with PTAs - Preferred
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
