REQUIRED SKILLS	Proven experience managing IT projects with a strong focus on Salesforce and system integrations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align technology solutions with business needs. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project). Experience with risk management change control and stakeholder engagement.
