Location - Houston TX or remote within USA
Job Description

Role Overview
Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Architect to design and lead CC&B solutioning within the USUI project. The role will focus on system architecture integration design and ensuring CC&B aligns with Enbridges billing customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Define CC&B solution architecture and integration with SAP Quorum and other enterprise systems.
Lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop high-level and detailed architecture documents.
Provide oversight for CC&B configuration customization and extensions.
Collaborate with cutover and testing leads to ensure end-to-end readiness.
Ensure compliance with Enbridge security performance and data governance standards.
Support go-live and stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of experience in Oracle CC&B architecture and implementation.
Strong expertise in CC&B modules (billing payments customer management).
Proven experience in large-scale utility/energy sector programs.
Knowledge of integration with SAP Quorum GIS and CIS systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Education & Nice-to-Have Skills

Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or related discipline.
Oracle CC&B certifications highly preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Cloud (OCI/Azure) deployment knowledge.
Prior experience with North American utilities (gas/electric)
