Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Architect to design and lead CC&B solutioning within the USUI project. The role will focus on system architecture integration design and ensuring CC&B aligns with Enbridges billing customer and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview
Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Architect to design and lead CC&B solutioning within the USUI project. The role will focus on system architecture integration design and ensuring CC&B aligns with Enbridges billing customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define CC&B solution architecture and integration with SAP Quorum and other enterprise systems.
- Lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop high-level and detailed architecture documents.
- Provide oversight for CC&B configuration customization and extensions.
- Collaborate with cutover and testing leads to ensure end-to-end readiness.
- Ensure compliance with Enbridge security performance and data governance standards.
- Support go-live and stabilization.
- 10 years of experience in Oracle CC&B architecture and implementation.
- Strong expertise in CC&B modules (billing payments customer management).
- Proven experience in large-scale utility/energy sector programs.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP Quorum GIS and CIS systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or related discipline.
- Oracle CC&B certifications highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Cloud (OCI/Azure) deployment knowledge.
- Prior experience with North American utilities (gas/electric)
