Full Stack Web Developer (Sitecore JavaScript React)

12 Month Contract Can be extended

4 Days per week on-site in Southwest Austin

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Web Developer with hands-on experience in Sitecore JavaScript and React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web development and a strong understanding of building scalable high-performance web applications using Sitecore as a CMS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and developers to translate design mockups into responsive interactive web applications using Sitecore JavaScript and React.
Develop custom Sitecore solutions including templates layouts components and workflows.
Build and maintain front-end components and user interfaces using React ensuring a seamless experience across devices and browsers.
Integrate third-party systems and APIs into Sitecore and React applications.
Optimize website performance and user experience using front-end best practices.
Write clean maintainable and scalable code following industry standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack-from UI to backend services.
Stay current with web development trends tools and technologies and share insights with the team.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
5 years of professional experience in web development with a focus on Sitecore Core JavaScript and React.
Solid understanding of Sitecore CMS architecture including SXA templates layouts renderings Solr Search and content management.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 SASS/LESS and responsive design principles.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React Redux Angular or .
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling using AJAX/fetch.
Familiarity with Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
