Full Stack Web Developer (Sitecore JavaScript React)
12 Month Contract Can be extended
4 Days per week on-site in Southwest Austin
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Web Developer with hands-on experience in Sitecore JavaScript and React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web development and a strong understanding of building scalable high-performance web applications using Sitecore as a CMS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and developers to translate design mockups into responsive interactive web applications using Sitecore JavaScript and React.
- Develop custom Sitecore solutions including templates layouts components and workflows.
- Build and maintain front-end components and user interfaces using React ensuring a seamless experience across devices and browsers.
- Integrate third-party systems and APIs into Sitecore and React applications.
- Optimize website performance and user experience using front-end best practices.
- Write clean maintainable and scalable code following industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack-from UI to backend services.
- Stay current with web development trends tools and technologies and share insights with the team.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in web development with a focus on Sitecore Core JavaScript and React.
- Solid understanding of Sitecore CMS architecture including SXA templates layouts renderings Solr Search and content management.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 SASS/LESS and responsive design principles.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React Redux Angular or .
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling using AJAX/fetch.
- Familiarity with Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
