Lead and manage a team of attorneys legal staff and support personnel handling collection and subrogation cases across multiple jurisdictions.
Oversee litigation strategy court appearances and settlement negotiations.
Ensure compliance with FDCPA FCRA TCPA and all relevant state/federal regulations.
Develop firm-wide policies training programs and performance metrics.
Collaborate with clients to optimize case resolution and recovery rates.
Provide high-level legal counsel on escalated matters and complex litigation
