Location: Gloucester MA 01930
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 8 weeks (extensions possible)
Shifts: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM 3:00 PM 11:00 PM 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Schedule: 5 shifts per week possible weekend rotation

We are hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a skilled nursing/long-term care facility in Gloucester MA. This is a contract or PRN position with flexible shifts and immediate openings.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care based on individualized plans
Administer medications and perform treatments
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Document care accurately in EMR
Assist with admissions discharges and transfers

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Massachusetts
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience
Strong clinical and communication skills
