- Pay Rate: $32 - $37/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
- Shift: Night 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts ensuring safety comfort and continuity of care in accordance with established policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor patient conditions report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals and document all care provided.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow appropriate protocols.
- Support infection control safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
