Position : AM Cost Accountant

Job Location : Halol Baroda

Job Requirement:

Exp. 2 to 3 years of experience have strong expertise in plant accounting product costing and financial analytics with hands-on experience in Oracle and Power BI.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple follow-ups analyze variances and support operational excellence through financial insights.

Qualification: Qualified CMA

Job Description:

Perform plant accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Review product costing and inventory valuation in line with company policies.
Review OPEX and perform variance analysis to support cost control initiatives.
Prepare and analyse MIS reports GL accounts and AP transactions.
Utilize Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues through persistent follow-ups.
Support inventory management and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost optimization activities.
Maintain documentation and support audits as required.
Leverage Oracle ERP for financial data extraction and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A cost accountant
2-3 years of experience in plant finance costing or manufacturing accounting.
Proficiency in Excel Power BI and Oracle ERP.
Good communication listening and observation skills.
Ability to work with dedication sincerity and ownership.
Capable of managing multiple follow-ups and ensuring task closure.
