Leverage your strong Python skills and foundational AWS experience to build and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions in a collaborative enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and deploying AI/ML models using Python and AWS services.
- Support the design and maintenance of machine learning pipelines for training evaluation and deployment.
- Contribute to building scalable AI tools and integrating them into enterprise applications.
- Work with senior developers to implement NLP and GenAI models for data processing and automation.
- Write clean efficient Python code to support AI development tasks.
- Participate in testing debugging and optimizing models to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g. S3 Lambda SageMaker) for model deployment and data handling.
- Exposure to training and evaluating machine learning models using common libraries (e.g. scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new AI/ML techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of LLMs NLP techniques or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with version control (Git) Jira or Agile project environments.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) for reporting and insights.
- Understanding of basic MLOps practices such as CI/CD and model monitoring.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
