Job Summary

Senior Accountant Balance Sheet Reconciliation (Onsite in Mount Laurel NJ)
Contract Duration: 3 months (possible 3-month extension; potential contract-to-hire)
Location: Onsite Mount Laurel NJ (Onsite)

The client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong focus on balance sheet reconciliation to support our clients finance team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The client has roughly 15 contracts and 6 is overlap between those intersections.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and review complex balance sheet reconciliations across a multi-site and multi-entity organization.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
Document reconciliation procedures and findings clearly

Requirements:

Proven experience in balance sheet reconciliation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work onsite in Mount Laurel NJ
