Air Kraft Division is seeking Aerospace Program Manager with aerospace industry experience for an opportunity in: Chihuahua CUU. Contract Type: Temporary Project (Approx. 2 months) Schedule: 2nd shift support during weekdays; 1st shift support on Saturdays and Sundays
Mision:
Aerospace Program Manager guides complex large-scale aerospace projects from their initial concept to final delivery managing all aspects from design and manufacturing to testing and customer relations. Key responsibilities include developing detailed program plans budgets and timelines; coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering manufacturing); managing risks; ensuring quality and regulatory compliance; and communicating program status to senior management and clients.
Your challenges:
- Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities teams suppliers partners and customers.
- Leads the resolution of program issues.
- Uncovers and resolves issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs.
- Analyzes program metrics. Recommends program recovery acceleration plans changes and corrective actions.
- Leads the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
Core Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive plans that define scope goals resources budgets and risk mitigation strategies for aerospace programs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Integrate and align activities across various departments such as design engineering manufacturing procurement and quality assurance.
- Financial & Budget Management: Oversee program finances ensuring projects are completed within budget and managing cost and profit margins.
- Risk & Issue Management:Identify potential risks and issues developing and implementing strategies to resolve them and ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management: Manage relationships with customers suppliers and other stakeholders ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor program performance tracking key milestones costs and quality and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all program activities adhere to relevant regulations industry standards and internal policies.
- Strategic Oversight: Stay informed about Aerospace industry trends identify new technologies and contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the company's programs.
