Your new role
As a Value Communications Manager you will play a key role in strategy development and implementation of the local strategy for submissions in reimbursement systems in alignment with local business priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and monitoring intelligence on the market access landscape including healthcare system changes medical updates HTA developments and competitor analysis.
  • Implementing strategic Market Access frameworks such as payer engagement and negotiation strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Marketing CMR and Business Development teams to align actions and tactics for local Market Access.
  • Communicating local clnical and HE evidence and tailored value messages to resonate with patients payers healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Developing local submission value dossiers and HE communication tools to maximise market uptake for Novo Nordisk products.
  • Identifying and communicating external stakeholder training and engagement needs.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (medicine or health related). Master degree is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working within a medical affairs commercial or outcomes research.
  • Key stakeholder management experience and ability to work within a cross functional team.
  • Knowledge or exposure to pharmacoeconomics is a plus.
  • Fluent English
