Job Summary

Job Title: French Social Media Content Moderator

Location: Porto On-Site
Start Date: 30 October 2025
Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 19:00 (8-hour shifts) 2 rotating days off
Possibility of extending beyond regular operating hours: 09:00 to 21:00 (8-hour shifts rotative)

Languages: French B2/C1 English

Who We Are:
We are looking for a French-speaking Social Media Content Moderator to join our on-site team in Porto starting on 30 October 2025. In this role you will review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure it complies with community guidelines and quality standards.

What Youll Do:

Review assess and moderate user-generated content on social media channels.
Ensure content complies with community guidelines and company policies.
Flag inappropriate or harmful content and escalate when needed.
Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality moderation standards.
Meet KPIs related to content moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Adapt to upcoming night shift schedules as required.

What Were Looking For:

Strong background in content moderation or related fields familiar with KPIs.
French B2/C1 and English.
Attention to detail and ability to make quick informed decisions.
Ability to work on-site in Porto.

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: 1000 euro/month (14 payments)
Welcome Bonus (French market): 3000 euro paid in 4 parcels over 12 months (conditions apply)
Meal Allowance: 7.63 euro per working day
Transport allowance: Not provided
