As an Onboarding Account Manager your main goal is to help new clients get the most out of their digital marketing campaigns. This will include:
- Making proactive calls to promote and sell our services.
- Listening to clients needs to recommend customized solutions.
- Setting up effective results-driven campaigns that deliver both immediate and lasting impact.
- Boosting ad spend and promoting additional campaign services.
- Keeping a detailed up-to-date customer database.
- Managing a high volume of client calls daily ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
- Building strong relationships with businesses by providing expert performance-based marketing advice.
