This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. As an Airport Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and assisting with various tasks at the airport. Your main duties will include: - Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport - Assisting passengers with check-in and baggage drop-off - Providing information and directions to passengers - Assisting with boarding procedures and ensuring a smooth and efficient process - Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Adhering to all safety and security regulations at the airport The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of airport operations are preferred but not required.
