permanent Position: Pay Roll Administrator Company Overview: Venture Resources is a leading human resources consulting firm based in Durban South Africa. We provide a wide range of HR services to businesses of all sizes from start-ups to established corporations. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals through effective HR strategies and solutions. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Pay Roll Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our clients ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees. Key Responsibilities: - Process and manage payroll for multiple clients using our payroll software - Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees including salary bonuses and benefits - Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate - Calculate and process deductions for taxes benefits and other payroll-related expenses - Prepare and distribute payroll reports to clients and management - Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues - Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee information and seamless integration with other HR processes - Continuously review and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy - Assist with year-end reporting and tax filings Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Accounting Human Resources or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration - Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations - Experience with payroll software preferably ADP or Paychex - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel - Experience with HRIS systems is a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong background in payroll administration and are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team we encourage you to apply for this position.
