What We Offer

100% remote recruit directly for the U.S. market

Monday to Friday 12h21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)
What Youll Do
- Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
- Create engagement campaigns (emails LinkedIn etc.) to keep the pipeline active
- Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
- Manage full recruitment pipeline: job postings interviews candidate follow-up
- Keep ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases updated
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Fluent English (C1/C2) daily contact with U.S. clients
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office LinkedIn job boards and ATS systems
- Resilient charismatic and motivated by results
Nice to Have
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)
- Charismatic dynamic and eloquent profile
- Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market
Tech Setup
- 2 monitors i7 or equivalent 12GB RAM
- High-speed internet Headset with mic Quiet office
