Note: This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule at our clients Baltimore office (34 days per week on-site with flexibility to be in the office more frequently based on business needs).
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates with strong knowledge of Maryland probate administration.

Job Description
- Handle trusts and estates administration with minimal supervision
- Draft probate and trust-related documents and filings in Maryland courts
- Manage case files track deadlines and coordinate estate planning documents
- Communicate directly with clients beneficiaries and financial institutions
- Assist with preparation of estate tax returns and related documents
- Work closely with attorneys in Baltimore and occasionally support other offices
- Utilize trust and estate software such as GEMs OneSource Estate & Trust or CCH ProSystems
- Meet annual paralegal billable target of 1300 hours
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in trusts and estates (Maryland experience required)
- Paralegal certificate preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with probate and trust administration in Maryland courts
- Familiarity with estate and trust software (GEMs OneSource CCH ProSystems)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
