In this role youll be the go-to authority on all things IT from ERP optimization and CAD/CAM integration to cybersecurity and infrastructure reliability. What Youll Be Doing:

  • Own the management security and performance of all IT infrastructure including servers networks firewalls and virtual environments.

  • Oversee ERP system operations and modules ensuring accuracy uptime and ongoing user support.

  • Lead the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies across the organization.

  • Provide hands-on technical support and training to internal users to maintain productivity across all departments.

  • Direct all IT projects from infrastructure refreshes to software rollouts ensuring timely and successful execution.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for IT vendors and consultants while managing procurement and IT budgets.

  • Support CAD/CAM systems and ensure their seamless integration with production and engineering functions.

  • Monitor compliance with IT standards and industry regulations to maintain operational integrity.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years in IT management or senior IT support ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong background in ERP systems (Epicor Microsoft Dynamics SAP etc.).

  • Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments Active Directory networking and Group Policy.

  • Skilled in virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

  • Experience developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCP.

  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM system support and shop floor system integration.

  • Experience with ICS/OT systems in a manufacturing setting.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex IT projects from end to end.
