The Construction Site - Deployment Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the delivery assembly and inspection of Modular Electrical Skids and Enclosures. This role ensures that prefabricated electrical skids and enclosures are deployed safely on time and according to project specifications.
Plan coordinate and oversee deployment of modular electrical skids and enclosures to assigned Construction sites
75% Travel is required in order to conduct site readiness assessments and confirm installation requirements as well as ensure the smooth delivery and oversee installation of modular electrical skids and enclosures
Manage the release of product to ensure timely delivery and readiness for customer installation
Act as point of contact for stakeholders during the deployment of products. This includes but is not limited to truck drivers site construction team subcontractors and employees.
Review drawings before delivery of product to ensure the logistical plan is performed.
Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and issues in the field.
Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout the life of the projects.
Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections
Review drawings and submittals to accurately represent inspection data
Document any issues that arise during inspection process
Supporting and assisting the MPS freight team.
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the positions role within the business unit.
Experience in electrical mechanical or industrial systems (power distribution or modular solutions preferred)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiar with team building techniques.
Proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel etc.); ACC preferred.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks changing priorities as necessary.
Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel to project sites
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Electrical construction Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in Construction and/or Project Coordination
OSHA or other Safety Certifications
Can be a combination of education training and relevant experience.
Up to 75% with travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed.
General work environment sitting for long periods standing walking typing carrying pushing bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
