Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer (Patients & Families) Service Responsibilities
- Execute the Patient Experience Service Delivery Model for excellence in OPD EHC Lobby and Diagnostics.
- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments.
- Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for registration billing and query handling as per SLA.
- Manage rescheduling/cancellations and update patients via SMS/email/call.
- Ensure effective counselling and direction to patients and families.
- Respond to patient queries with accuracy empathy and professionalism.
2. Operations Responsibilities
- Implement SOPs for managing patient visitors/attendants at all times.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for seamless care delivery.
- Handle billing referrals and payment collections accurately.
- Review and upload prescriptions/documents in SAP system.
- Ensure timely dispatch of reports and confirmation of appointments.
- Maintain patient rights confidentiality and interdepartmental professionalism.
- Prepare and maintain shift handovers and ensure proper consultant signage.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by HOD.
3. Growth Responsibilities
- Drive patient satisfaction through quality services.
- Participate in hospital-led health awareness and promotional programs.
4. Quality Responsibilities
- Be accountable for quality program implementation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with JCI NABH and international standards.
- Support infection control campaigns and awareness efforts.
5. Finance Responsibilities
- Handle payment collections (cash/card) and generate reports accurately.
- Ensure adherence to billing/cash handling policies and accurate shift closure.
- Apply discounts for offers health camps etc.
6. People Responsibilities
- Provide peer support during leaves or absences.
- Be part of team initiatives at department and hospital levels.
- Demonstrate RFH Values and Behaviors consistently.
