Location- Pune (Work from Office-Viman Nagar)
Experience-2-3 Years
Responsibility:-
- Execute IT & non IT recruitments as per therecruitmentplan.
- Post vacancies on the companys careers page social mediajobboards and internally.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri social media and professional platforms)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews.
- Negotiate salary with selected candidates.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
