OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Anchorage
Salary range: $24.47 - $33.65/hour

The successful candidate for this position will direct and schedule resources needed to ensure the delivery of front-line services through the teller staff. You will also ensure branch security cash control compliance with applicable regulations and high standards of member service.
What youll be doing:
- Oversee and manage daily branch front-line operations. Ensure a high level of member service in the branch and resolves member issues.
- Hires trains directs and evaluates employee performance in collaboration with Branch Manager. Makes recommendations for promotions transfers and salary adjustments. Identifies performance issues and provides coaching or corrective action as needed with feedback from the Branch Manager.
- Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations. Takes action to resolve any out of compliance issues.
- Orders daily cash requirement for the credit union.
What youll need:
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Must have good communication skills for training other tellers. Computer keyboard skills and working knowledge of Office products. Accurate with numbers and names.
