Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Perform technology and architecture upgrades to modernize and ensure stability of DEP portfolio applications
- Provide maintenance enhancement and support for various agency business applications
- Maintain and update CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes
- Assist in preparing and documenting program requirements and technical specifications
- Develop translate and code software programs and applications according to specifications
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of user manuals and application guidelines
- Collaborate with network administrators systems analysts and software engineers to resolve software issues
- Mentor and guide junior programmers in technical tasks and best practices
- Utilize expertise in MS Visual Studio ( MS SQL Server T/SQL and SSRS
- Work in cloud environments (preferably Azure) and manage code repositories (preferably Git)
- Apply architectural design patterns security standards and ISDM methodologies
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving independent working and time management skills
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- (Preferred) Hold MS certifications (MCSD/MCTS) experience in Azure DevOps C# web development and Agile methodologies
- (Preferred) Knowledge of environmental regulatory business processes and DEPs technical environment
