Invoice Clearing Administrator with French

MISSION:

Is responsible for the invoicing part of the Michelin ONCall Breakdown service offer: Payment of service providers and invoicing of customers on a European perimeter.

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree;
• Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);
• Customer support or invoicing experience;
• Problem solving skills and customer-oriented approach;
• Team-worker attitude and proactivity;
• Analytical skills;

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for:

Manage billing for breakdowns:

• Service provider invoice (P2P);
• Process invoices in Tradeshift/Baseware according to the operating mode;
• Save the invoice in E-mea tool according to the operating mode;
• For incorrect invoices ask for credits according to the operating mode;
• In the event of an anomaly in E-mea the information is corrected in the weekly file tab.

Customer invoice

• Save the invoice in E-mea tool according to the operating mode the the prices and the service provided;
• The requests for derogation from the European prices are traced.

Ensure the relationship with the country contacts in the geographical area:

• Update the list of service providers and customers tariffs by asking country partners if necessary Inform the country partners on recurring malfunctions (non-compliance with rates or billing deadlines by providers updating databases etc.);
• Inform / Respond to questions relating to the organization / operation of Clearing.

Ensure the achievement of common objectives:

• Keep standards up to date;
• Develop and maintain knowledge in several areas.
