We are looking for a seasoned Implementation & Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in Linux systems CI/CD practices and ITIL-based service management. The role demands hands-on experience in L2 support and change management with a focus on maintaining operational stability and driving automation across environments.

Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Implementation & Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in Linux systems CI/CD practices and ITIL-based service management. The role demands hands-on experience in L2 support and change management with a focus on maintaining operational stability and driving automation across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and application environments.
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git Bash Bitbucket and related tools.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts and SQL queries for automation and reporting.
- Provide L2 support ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Execute ITSM processes particularly Change Management in alignment with ITIL standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Maintain documentation for configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Linux system administration
- CI/CD pipeline management (Git Bash Bitbucket)
- Unix Shell Scripting and SQL
- ITSM Change Management (ITIL framework)
- Proven L2 Support experience
