Job Summary

Exciting Opportunity: Principal API Developer (C2C)

Location Preference: Charlotte NC (Must be local for onsite interview and with valid local id)

Role Overview:
Were seeking a Senior/Principal-level engineer to lead technical innovation and direction. This high-impact role involves mentoring the team driving architectural decisions and ensuring timely delivery of critical projects across customer-facing platforms (web mobile).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on guidance and industry best practices to the team.
Work independently while owning deliverables and project timelines.
Contribute to a high-visibility initiative with enterprise-wide impact.

Tech Stack:

: Core development language.
Terraform: Infrastructure as code.
Apigee & Kong: API gateway tools-critical expertise required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in enterprise-scale environments (e.g. investments deposits auto etc.).
Exposure to financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proven technical leadership in mentoring architecture and product ownership.

Interview Process:

Initial onsite interview.
Virtual technical panel: coding discussions and problem-solving exercises.
