MUST HAVE more than 3 year Property and Casualty Experience

MUST HAVE WORKED WITH DATA WAREHOUSE / DATA LAKE.

Experience working in a consulting role is preferred.

What youll be doing:

As a Sr. Business Analyst you will be a subject matter expert on insurance products and processes readily sharing knowledge and collaborating with the team. Youll be the whisperer for our clients. Youll dive deep into their challenges understanding their data and analytics needs with laser-sharp focus. Then wielding the power of our platform youll be a co-pilot in designing and building custom solutions that unlock vital business insights and fuel their performance. From gathering requirements to ensuring seamless platform implementation youll be their data champion guiding them toward a data-driven future. Your deep insurance knowledge and analytical prowess will be the compass in this adventure ensuring every step delivers maximum value.

Lead client interactions to analyze solicit and formalize data and analytics requirements crafting clear business requirements documents for solution design.

Collaborate in designing new solutions by interpreting client needs translating them into technical specifications and ensuring the final product delivers maximum value.

Bridge the gap between source and target systems seamlessly facilitating data mapping for efficient data integration and analysis.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators insightful reports and user-friendly dashboards that empower informed decision-making.

Provide expert guidance on the business implications of various systems ensuring strategic alignment and optimized results.

Lead quality assurance efforts meticulously testing solutions against business requirements to guarantee successful implementation.

Facilitate robust and engaging client meetings effectively communicating complex details and fostering strong relationships.

Identify and resolve complex technical and business issues proactively escalating risks and engaging higher-level staff when needed.

Knowledge Qualifications and Experience:

MUST HAVE Insurance Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in Life or P&C insurance.

4-6- years of experience gathering data reporting and analytics requirements focusing on data integration reporting and analytics.

Strong experience/exposure to one or more of Microsoft Oracle Amazon Google and data reporting/management tools is a plus.

Data Cleaning Ace: 4 years of data profiling and cleansing experience is a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication organizational interpersonal and time management skills are essential.

Work independently with minimal direction and thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

Experience leading teams through the full development life cycle is a plus.

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Experience with SQL for querying relational databases.

Knowledge of ETL (Extract Transform Load) data extraction and preparation tools.

Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or QlikView to create insightful reports and dashboards.

Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques to interpret data patterns and trends.

Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP used for data storage and analysis.

Experience with data warehousing and data lakes for large-scale data management.

Knowledge of API integration techniques for connecting different systems and data sources.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management
