Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Schedule: 1st Shift - Training schedule 6:45 AM 3:15 PM; may adjust to 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (swing shift) based on business needs.

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Associate Logistics Technician to work on-site with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of precision control components company. This role will support stockroom operations by ensuring accurate parts handling transaction processing and compliance with traceability requirements. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock balances; issue and receive parts.

Verify cycle counts and reconcile errors across stockrooms.

Perform and process stock transactions including: verifications corrections kit issues shop floor issues shortages receipts from shop/receiving inspection returns to stock inter-stock transfers and spares shipments.

Ensure lot traceability proper packaging and ESD handling.

Interface daily with Program Analysts Engineers Dispatch Receiving Inspection and Assembly/Test teams.

Train new employees and support multiple stockrooms as needed.

Maintain housekeeping in the stockroom consolidate inventory and manage supplies.

Identify and escalate deviations from standard practices (e.g. cure dates packaging or handling).
Must-Have Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 2 years of experience in logistics warehouse stockroom or material handling.

Basic computer skills and keyboard accuracy for real-time transaction entry.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a compliance-driven environment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface with multiple teams.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 65 lbs. regularly.

Knowledge of ESD handling practices (training will be provided if not already completed).
