Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Test Equipment Sustainment Technician Facility Maintenance to work on-site with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of precision control components company. This role involves working independently to meet maintenance and operational needs for production assembly and test equipment. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance troubleshooting and repair on production machinery assembly/test equipment CNC equipment HVAC/cleanroom systems electrical service equipment vacuum pumps and compressors.
Maintain and service cleanroom systems vacuum pumps and high-vacuum systems.
Install service dismantle and maintain all types of high-vacuum and thermal cycling equipment used for production testing.
Conduct mass spectrometer helium leak testing for vacuum leak analysis and repair.
Recommend corrective actions based on system inspections.
Maintain special constructed test equipment and perform preventive maintenance across departments.
Rearrange facilities as necessary to support operations.
Set up and align machinery and test equipment; assist with machine relocation.
Obtain Moog forklift and man-lift certifications (training provided).
Follow Moog LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and Confined Space systems training.
Respond to emergencies in facilities or production areas and coordinate with Test Operations for off-hour system issues.
Set up thermal chamber tests as a certified Test Operator.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in building or maintaining complex thermal vacuum test systems and supporting infrastructure.
Expertise in high-vacuum pneumatic and cryogenic systems and properties used in thermal vacuum and test systems/chambers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong knowledge of spare parts inventory for efficient repair time analysis.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to resolve equipment issues.
