Shift Notes:
6:30A - 5P (10 Hour Days) / 1-2 nights of call per week & Every 4th Weekend (40 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements:
Every 4th Weekend
On Call Requirements:
1-2 nights a week and every 4th weekend
Profile Requirements:
Certification Requirements - Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (NBSTSA NCCT or ABSA & BLS - AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
- BLS (AHA)
- NBSTSA
