This Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide critical care to patients. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Performing patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians other nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Responding to patient needs and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning meetings.
- Educating patients and their families about their care and treatment.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of two years of experience in hospital home health or hospice care (ICU experience preferred).
- Clinical assessment medication administration and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
