This Position reports to:
HR Delivery Manager
HR Services Specialist performs day to day HR transactions for the Service Lines: Employee Life Cycle Management Global Mobility and Compensation & Performance for Germany & Austria handling operations delivering high-quality services against globally performance targets. HR Services Specialist ensures a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete accurate and timely completion of HR this role you will support the globally set of standards for HR Operations and ensure that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to the respective business processes in a HR Operations Front Office / Hub.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes Key Performance Indicators and quality targets in a timely accurate and customer focused manner showing end-to-end responsibility
- Complying with and autonomously performs control tasks including 4-eye-check / SOX checks data protection and country legal / regulatory compliance tasks
- Acting as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across several Service Lines
- Identifying deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommending enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience
- Effectively resolving Root Cause Analysis on time and highlighting potential process gaps. Addressing root causes to improve the efficiency of complex tasks/processes in case of issues
Qualifications for the role:
- You are highly skilled in HR Shared Services for a global company with a minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Employee Life Cycle Management Talent Acquisition or Global Mobility and Compensation & Performance.
- You have established skills in languages being fluent in English and German.
- You are immersed in using specialized software/platforms such as SAP and MS Office and familiarity with SNOW would be beneficial.
- You are passionate about managing multiple demands on your time and innovative around working in cross-functional teams.
- You have a Bachelors degree and demonstrate a proactive way of working to serve customers with a can-do attitude.
- You possess strong written and spoken communication skills and a collaborative solution-focused approach.
