Job Summary

Sr. Vice President Supply Chain
THE POSITION:
The Senior Vice President Supply Chain is responsible for setting and executing STACKs global supply chain and procurement strategy. This role ensures STACK can deliver mission-critical infrastructure efficiently cost-effectively and at scale. The SVP partners with internal development construction operations and finance teams as well as external vendors design partners and suppliers to create long-term strategies that drive value resilience and innovation.
The Senior Vice President also serves as a key member of STACKs leadership team providing regular supply chain reporting and strategic updates to the executive committee and Board of Directors. This leader will drive standardization risk management vendor relationships and budget alignment across all supply chain activities while mentoring growing and scaling a best-in-class team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead develop mentor and scale a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Define and execute STACKs global supply chain and procurement strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.
  • Partner with Development Construction Operations and Finance to forecast capital plans and ensure procurement readiness.
  • Provide supply chain budgetary reports forecasts and strategic updates to STACKs executive leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Establish vendor and partner engagement frameworks to strengthen long-term relationships and improve performance.
  • Standardize procurement processes to ensure consistent delivery of cost savings speed to market and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure supplier performance (on-time delivery cost savings quality metrics etc.).
  • Proactively manage supply chain risk by monitoring market conditions assessing risk exposure and developing contingency plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure value realization through strong contract management.
  • Lead periodic supplier business reviews (weekly check-ins QBRs problem resolution escalation management).
  • Oversee OFCI equipment supply ensuring specifications are met delivery schedules are optimized and inventory is strategically managed.
  • Support innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies approaches and partners into STACKs supply chain ecosystem.
  • Act as an escalation point for cross-functional supply chain issues requiring resolution at the executive level.
THE DETAILS:
  • Location: Denver CO or Sterling VA
  • Travel: Up to 25%
  • Compensation: $300000 $320000 with 25% annual bonus potential

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10 years of relevant experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain leadership ideally in construction or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • 5 years leading and growing teams including director-level and senior individual contributor talent.
  • Experience reporting to executive leadership and presenting strategic updates to a Board of Directors.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation development and execution.
  • Proven ability to align procurement strategies with financial goals and capital planning.
  • Track record of building and managing strategic supplier partnerships and improving vendor performance.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and risk-management skills.
  • Experience leading change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Business Administration Finance or a related field. MBA preferred.
