Position Summary
The BRIDGE Clinic at Oregon Tech is a University affiliated regional clinic currently providing clinic-based services to children within Klamath County. We are currently looking to add strong purpose-driven Behavior Analysts to our team to provide services and supervision in our clinic family homes and local schools. At BRIDGE we work tirelessly to provide outstanding ethical and empirically-based services rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis. This position reports to the Clinic Director and the incumbents responsibilities include though are not limited to: Train and manage direct therapy staff Participate in supervision of BCBA & BCaBA candidates (if eligible) Conduct assessment updates and author re-authorization plans Ensure reliable and valid data collection Analyze data/behavior and makes decisions based on data Develop specific teaching procedures for the targets Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures for the targets Ensure program directives from clinical team are implemented accurately and timely Consult with local school districts in collaborative and positive manner to include conducting FBAs and writing behavior plans training teachers and other school staff on those plans assisting with Multi-tiered System of Support processes for students with behavior challenges Generate consultation notes and distributes Consult with clients and provides continuous program direction and maintenance As a BCBA at Oregon Tech youll be given a diverse caseload ongoing training and scheduled mentorship to help nurture and grow your clinical supervisory and leadership skills. BCBAs are expected to provide billable services at least 25 hours/week (in direct services or supervision).
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of three years relevant experience in designing and/or implementing evidence-based treatment for children with developmental disabilities autism and/or challenging behaviors Minimum of two years of experience in supervision of BCBA candidates BCaBAs and RBTs/behavioral technicians Highly organized and self-directed Flexible (with schedule) Competent at public speaking Presented at least once at a regional or national ABA conference Interest in research
