Reporting to the CEO this Sales Leader position is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth developing a high-performing sales team and strengthening customer relationships at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading coaching and mentoring sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Creating and delivering impactful training programs
- Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Strategic partner to customers
- Leverage data to analyze performance assess profitability and guide decision-making. This includes
- Staying informed on market trends identifying new opportunities and collaborating cross-functionally with departments like operations finance and marketing to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of sales leadership experience in B2B or distribution environments
- Proven record of team development and sales success
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced competitive role
