Reporting to the CEO this Sales Leader position is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth developing a high-performing sales team and strengthening customer relationships at all organizational levels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading coaching and mentoring sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Creating and delivering impactful training programs
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Strategic partner to customers
  • Leverage data to analyze performance assess profitability and guide decision-making. This includes
  • Staying informed on market trends identifying new opportunities and collaborating cross-functionally with departments like operations finance and marketing to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5 years of sales leadership experience in B2B or distribution environments
  • Proven record of team development and sales success
  • Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced competitive role
