Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Travel LPN to join a Medical-Surgical unit on a contract basis in Clinton SC 29325. The LPN will assist in providing high-quality patient care support physicians and RNs and ensure accurate documentation while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Admit patients and assist with care planning.
Communicate patient status changes to RNs and physicians promptly.
Monitor and document vital signs intake/output and pain management.
Administer vaccines and medications as directed.
Follow isolation precautions and infection control standards.
Support patient mobility including ambulation crutch training and prosthetic assistance.
Provide care for orthopedic patients and assist in post-operative recovery.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards.
