We are looking for a SAP consultant to reinforce our SAP Controlling group and to support the new EPM solution to be implemented in Grifols to improve a companys financial planning reporting and analysis.

The new resource will work with clients to understand their needs design and implement solutions and provide ongoing support. This role requires strong financial and technical expertise as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What your responsibilities will be

• Strategic vision and Application roadmap ownership:Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for EPM tools (financial planning budgeting forecasting reporting). Maintain and promote awareness of the application strategic roadmap.

• New EPM implementations leadership:Manage EPM project leading project teams and ensuring timely and successful delivery. Budget control. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement while overseeing ongoing implementation of multiple overlapping large new EPM implementation.

• Operational excellence:Oversee the administration development and support of the EPM systems (both legacy system and new EPM to be implemented).Safeguard the reliability availability and performance of all EPM applications. Implement best practices for application life cycle management including development deployment maintenance and support. Manage Finance master data across applications. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Business engagement:Collaborate with finance leaders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Risk management and compliance:Work with our internal governance team to ensure enterprise applications comply with SOX and meet internal control requirements. Oversee risk management processes to identify assess and mitigate risks associated with applications and database systems. Ensure the scalability performance and security of all EPM solutions
• Vendor management:Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Product Management:Act as the product manager for all EPM solutions ensuring cohesive integration and functionality.

Who you are

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or Finance; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in IT EPM consulting with a focus on consolidation financial planning budgeting forecasting reporting and analysis processes.
• Proven experience with Planning and Consolidation systems (e.g. SAP BPC SAC Planning or Onestream)
• Proficiency in data management system configuration (SAP CO and PS)
• Proven experience on senior stakeholder interactions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with other executives stakeholders and teams across the organization especially the Finance teams stakeholders and to influence people to achieve common goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability for prioritization of the needs of our business and its interrnal customers within finance. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance user satisfaction and business value.
• Ability to analyze data identify trends and make recommendations based on findings
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Hand onExperience with cloud-based EPM solutions like SAC Planning or OneStream for Planning Consolidation and reporting
• Experience with legacy BPC Consolidation or BI IP planning.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.

• Experience working in a global organization with a focus on finance applications
• PMP or similar project management certification
