JOB PURPOSE
As the Associate Director of Manufacturing you will lead the production of our Jefferson City B&W & PC portfolio. This position will play a key role in the implementation of Unilever Manufacturing Systems (UMS) standards resulting in improvements in Safety Quality Output and Costs.
Who You Are & What Youll Do
Reporting to the Factory Director you will lead a motivated team of Manufacturing Business Leads Supervisors and Area Leads and manufacturing employees. You will be responsible for all key business metrics and for the site in the absence of the Factory Director managing a 24/7 manufacturing operation to ensure compliance with Safety Health Environment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $141680 to $212520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
