Responsibilities:
- Collectrentsandcontroldelinquencies
- Servelegaldocumentsandprocess/superviseallevictionproceedings.
- Attendunlawfuldetainerandothercourthearings(virtually)onbehalfofownershipasrequired
- Depositallfundsincludingbankdepositsdaily
- Manageresidentonlinepaymentenrollments
- ProcessandpostallSODAstimely
- AssistAccountingwithAccountMonthEnddiscrepanciesreconciliationsandvariancesasneeded
- Manageresidentpaymentplanoptionspercompanyoperationalguidelines
- Responsibleforassignedcommunityportfolioresidentaccountledgeactivitiesensuringdocumentationiskeptcompleteaccurateuptodateandcompliant
- Maintainknowledgeofallrelevantlawsandagencyregulationsincludingbutnotlimitedtofairhousingharassmentdisabilityaccommodationsandlandlord-tenantrelationshipstoensure100%compliance
- Performadditionaldutiesasassigned
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in property management as a community manager preferred
- Strongattentiontodetailexcellentanalyticalskillsandtheabilitytoidentifyandresolveproblemsinatimelymanner
- ProficientinMicrosoft365includingWordExcelandOutlook
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- BilingualSpanishisaplus
- Abletoworkindependentlydemonstratesaccuracyandthoroughnessprioritizesandplansworkassignmentsorganizedandusestimeefficientlytomeetdeadlines
