Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a Full Time Security Officer in Waterloo Iowa!
Shift:(8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday-Friday; Closed Holidays and Weekends
Pay: $16.10/Hr.; Paid Bi-Weekly.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be at minimum a high school/GED graduate.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to walk/stand for entire shift.
- Must successfully pass a State of Iowa - FBI background check (from age 18 to current) motor vehicle report and a 5-panel drug screen.
- Must be comfortable using a tablet computer scanners wands etc. & its functions for job-related tasks.
- Must be comfortable with frequent persons interacting throughout the shift. Screening each person who enters the building.
- Must provide excellent customer service.
- Must have strong attention to detail when inspecting persons bags monitors etc.
- Must be reliableexcessive absenteeism will not be tolerated.
- Must refrain from using personal devices during the shift.
- Preferred previous experience in security & customer service
In-Person Interviews & Onboarding will be conducted at the Cedar Rapids Branch. - No Exceptions.
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma/GED
